What happens after I text you?
I text back. We have a normal conversation about where you're at, what you want, and whether what I do is a fit. No call required. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you. If it is, we'll figure out next steps.
How much does this cost?
We talk about pricing once we figure out fit. I don't quote a number cold — coaching is structured around your goals, schedule, and how hands-on you want me to be. Worth saying: this isn't an app subscription. It's coaching.
Do I need to already be in shape?
No. I work with guys who lift seriously, and I work with guys who haven't been in a gym in 5 years. The principles are the same. The starting point is wherever you actually are.
I travel constantly. Can this still work?
Yes. The whole system is built around it. Hotel gyms, airport sleep, client dinners, time-zone changes — all baked in. If you can't make it work on the road, you can't make it work, period.
What if I'm a woman / not a CEO / etc.?
My niche is busy founders and CEOs because that's who I am and who I coach best. If you're a high-performer with limited time, the system applies. Text me anyway and we'll figure out if I'm the right person to work with.
